Flor McCarthy

Flor McCarthy has been legal adviser to Organic Power since 2008. Flor is managing partner with McCarthy & Co., Solicitors, Clonakilty; he is a qualified solicitor with a Masters Degree in Commercial Law in the areas of corporate finance law, information technology law, intellectual property law and the law of insolvency.

Flor started out his career in practice with a leading Dublin city law firm in 1995 where he qualified as a solicitor in 1998. He joined McCarthy & Co as a partner in 2000.

Flor is registered tax practitioner and has been an Associate of the Irish Institute of Taxation since 1999. He is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner and is a member of the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Flor is also admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales.
